Each athlete is paired up with one or more volunteer in a "buddy" system. Athletes
will play and compete based upon their ability and size, and not necessarily on their
age. Athletes and Volunteers can  enroll at any time before or during any session.

An athlete who may have restricted movement because he or she is wheel-chair
bound, can participate with more than one volunteer and run the same drills that
other athletes run, but in a modified fashion,

For residents of Hunterdon County, there is no fee to participate in the above
programs. Generous donations from local Soccer Clubs, Merchants, and fraternal
and social organizations have helped us reach our no-cost goal. However, each
athlete will be required to provide medical clearance and is responsible for physical
exams and x-rays (when required). Where medical costs may present a financial
hardship, participants are encouraged to contact Daniel Hendi (please see Contact
Us page for info).

For out of county residents, we have a nominal fee of  $25 / yr to cover costs. This
fee is applicable to all HOP events from  9/1 to 8/31 of the following year.

In addition to an unforgettable sports experience, we will outfit each athlete with the
appropriate uniform (and shin guards for soccer).

A Certificate of Participation is available upon request to show your community
service or simply as a keepsake of your work and time with Hunterdon Outreach
Program.
